HUPPA does not sell the featured products and cannot approve a return, issue a refund, cancel an order, replace an item or open a marketplace dispute.
Review the seller's terms before purchasing
Check the external marketplace and seller policies for cancellation windows, return eligibility, refund timing, damaged items, missing packages, customization exclusions and buyer protection before ordering.
Personalized products
Customized products may have different cancellation or return rules. Verify spelling, dates, files, quantities, design-proof procedures and the seller's terms before payment.
Where to request support
Open the order in the external marketplace and use its official support, return or dispute process. Keep the order confirmation, listing details and communications with the seller. For a broken link or an error on HUPPA itself, email ofek@huppaweddings.com.
