HUPPA is an affiliate guide
HUPPA organizes and describes wedding products available from external marketplaces and sellers. HUPPA is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, customizer, payment processor, fulfillment provider or delivery provider for those products.
External transactions
When you follow a product link, you leave HUPPA and deal directly with the external marketplace or seller. Their listing, price, currency, stock, minimum quantity, customization process, taxes, import charges, payment, production, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds, warranties, disputes and customer support terms govern the transaction. Review them before ordering.
Product information and recommendations
HUPPA reviews products and listings before featuring them and clearly identifies products that arrived and were checked in person. Other products may be selected after reviewing the seller, ratings, written reviews and customer photos available at the time of review. Listings and seller performance can change. HUPPA does not guarantee that information remains current or that a product will meet your expectations. Verify all details on the destination website.
Personalized products
Personalization details are submitted directly to the external seller or marketplace. Check names, dates, spelling, quantities, colors, files, proof procedures and production times before paying. HUPPA cannot access, correct, approve or cancel an external order.
Affiliate relationship
Some links are affiliate links. HUPPA may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase at no additional cost to you. Compensation does not make HUPPA a party to the external transaction.
Permitted use
You may use the website for personal, lawful wedding-planning purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools in a way that disrupts the service, copy substantial parts of the website for commercial reuse, or use the content unlawfully.
Intellectual property
HUPPA's original text, organization, branding and site elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, images, trademarks and marketplace content may belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary or under applicable permissions.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, HUPPA is not responsible for external websites, seller conduct, product defects, payment, personalization, production, delivery delays, customs, loss, returns, refunds or disputes arising from an external transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and suspension
HUPPA may update content, links or these Terms, correct errors, remove recommendations or suspend parts of the website when reasonably necessary. The effective date will be updated when these Terms materially change.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you. Disputes will be handled by a court with lawful subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in Israel.
